The author

Sebastian Reinhardt is a Swiss business coach trained in philosophy, an entrepreneur who has built and sold companies, and a practitioner who has guided over a thousand founders and professionals past the wall most career books skirt around. He works from Zurich.

He wrote Berufung because the same four questions kept solving the same impasse — and because nobody else had bothered to write them down in the order they actually work.
